Sample project — illustrative, not a real client

Postura Clara

A two-room physiotherapy clinic running its booking off a shared spreadsheet needed a site people could actually book from, on their phone, without calling first.

Book a session in under a minute.

Two treatment rooms. Same-week slots most weeks.

The problem

Every new patient called to ask the same four questions: do you treat this, are you taking new patients, what does a first session involve, and how do I actually book. The old site, one static page with a phone number, answered none of them. Reception spent a chunk of every morning on calls that a decent site should have absorbed.

The approach

Content came before layout. I mapped what a first-time patient actually needs to see (what's treated, who does what, whether there's space this week) before touching a single screen.

Booking sits one tap away on every page, not buried in a menu. The flow itself is short on purpose: pick a treatment, pick a slot, confirm. No account to create, no ten-field form.

The visual language avoids the sterile-hospital look on one side and the overly casual wellness-brand look on the other: calm, legible type sized for people who might not want to squint, and an icon set drawn specifically for the treatments this clinic actually offers, not stock anatomy clip art.
