Discovery
We talk through what you need and why now.
Proposal
You get a scope, a rough plan, and what it depends on.
Design & revisions
I design, you react, we tighten it up over a couple of rounds.
Handoff
Files, guidelines, whatever you need to actually use the thing.
What I design
Brand identity
Name, mark, colour, type, the rules that hold it together. Fits if you’re starting from scratch or your current identity doesn’t feel like you anymore.
Web & digital design
Sites, landing pages, product UI. Makes sense if people need to find you, understand you, and act, mostly from a phone.
Print & packaging
Labels, boxes, menus, stationery: anything that has to survive a printer and a shelf. Good if what you sell is physical.

Just me, Kiril Hristov. No account managers, no junior designer quietly doing the actual work. You brief me, I design it, I hand it off. Based in Pozuelo de Alarcón; I work with businesses across the west Madrid corridor and remotely with people further out.
