What happens to your details when you fill in the contact form — short version: not much, and nothing you wouldn’t expect.

What we collect
When you fill in the contact form: name, email, phone (optional), project type, and your message.
Purpose
Only to reply to your enquiry, understand your project and, if it goes ahead, prepare a proposal. We don’t use your data for marketing and we don’t share it with third parties.
Legal basis
Pre-contractual steps taken at your request, and your consent when you submit the form (GDPR art. 6.1.b and 6.1.a).
Recipients
Form submissions are received by Kiril Hristov by email. Data isn’t sold or transferred.
Retention
Enquiries that don’t turn into a project: kept for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact, then deleted. Formalised projects: kept for the length of the working relationship, then for as long as Spanish tax and commercial law requires.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by emailing support@craftingdesign.com. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD (www.aepd.es).
Cookies
This site doesn’t use analytics, advertising or third-party cookies.
Security
Reasonable technical measures are in place (HTTPS, input validation). No system is completely infallible.
