Three kinds of work, mostly. Some projects need all three, most need one. Here's what each actually covers.
Brand identity
This is the foundational stuff: the name (if you don't have one you're happy with), the mark, the colour palette, the type choices, and a set of guidelines that mean the next person who touches your brand doesn't have to guess. I usually start here with a short discovery conversation about who you're actually for, because a good identity has to hold up on a van door and a business card equally, and those are very different problems.
Typically includes: naming (if needed), logo & mark, colour & type system, brand guidelines document, business stationery.
Good fit if: you're starting from nothing, or what you have now doesn't feel like you anymore and you're tired of explaining that to people.

Web & digital design
Sites, landing pages and product interfaces, designed to be found, understood and acted on, mostly from a phone. I work in structure first: what needs to be on the page, in what order, before any visual decisions get made. If you already have brand identity work with me, this builds directly on it; if not, we figure out enough of a visual language to get the site right without doing a full identity project around it.
Typically includes: content structure & sitemap, UI design (desktop + mobile), booking/enquiry flows where relevant, a style guide for pages built later.
Good fit if: people need a reason to click through and a clear next step once they land, not just a digital business card.
Print & packaging
Anything that has to survive a printer, a courier and a shelf: labels, boxes, menus, stationery, signage. This is where the work gets physical, and where I get involved in the production side too — paper stock, print method, proofing — not just the file that goes to the printer.
Typically includes: label & packaging design, print-ready files & production specs, proofing support, signage.
Good fit if: what you sell (or hand out) is a physical thing, and it needs to hold up in someone's hand, not just on a screen.

Not sure which of these your project needs? That’s what the first conversation is for.
